it used to work perfectically fine, but from one day to another it just stopped doing the burning process. this isn't normal. what can i do to fix it? please help me!!! i alreadfy formatted the computer and it still did not work. i also tried to download at a lower speed, but no results!

Check to see if you are running the latest driver for your DVD burner. And also use top name brands for your DVD burning discs. Maxell,Sony and Memorex are all good brands. Also try Nero as it is considered by many to be the best CD/DVD burning program out there.

Try going back and do a restore to your computer and that should fix what ever problem that you have had. Go back to where it worked and then give it a restore if it doesn't work you can always use a different date.
