What if there are guys taking pictures of the one moment that she has no control over? If I help her hold her skirt down it might seem like I'm a pervert for going over there like I'm trying to get a closer look, on the other hand you have the issue of a woman's privacy not applying to outdoor situations. If I don't do anything it's like I'm the bad guy.Is it wrong to be a guy and like to watch a woman's skirt blow up in the air?

You could tap her on the shoulder and let her know about it. Or if there was someone taking pictures you could do the same thing while standing in between the woman and the photographer. Forget about how embarassing it would be for you, she is the one who would realyl be embarassed
