Brazil played with no HEART. We were out-hustled, out-played, and specially OUT-COACHED! We seemed to play exactly like we did in the 1998 finals against.....FRANCE.
There is no secret that Brazil could put 3 teams to "contend" in a World Cup. The problem is too many STARS and EGOS to deal with. The best game Brazil played in this World Cup was the one against Japan in which mostly "bench" players were used. I believe that if we had the bench playing, with 'stars in the making' wanting to play for their "Country" instead of thinking about "Nike", "Adidas", "Pepsi", you get the point... We probably would've won our sixth Cup. Man, I feel sorry for Robinho, the only player to cry after the humiliating defeat. He was the one that busted his a$$ the most and got few opportunities to play. I also miss our ex-coach... "Felipao". I wish him the best and good luck with Portugal, I'll be rooting for them.

Its amazing how the critiques of Brazil just seem to be coming from everywhere. The reason why Brazil lost was due to the fact that the coach wouldn't allow the reserves play. Robinho, Cicinho, Jun. Per., and co would have been more effective on field than the senior team. We saw that in Brazil's game against Japan. Cafu did squat, Ronaldo was fat, Kaka wasn't into it, and Ronaldinho was feelin' it. Which was why the reserves should've played. They're faster, and more goal centered, more determined, they had the hunger for the game. we saw that in Brazil vs Japan. Parreira's fault we lost. ^^^^ Ze Roberto played well!

it could be about individual performances which they wre not able amalgamate together to form a weapon of attack to break the france defence ,brazil was younger and much more dynamic than france but the experience that france individuals had and the criticising they faced of being old ,they waorked like a complete team and didn t allowed any of the brazilian to attack or just even enter the penalty area ....It can be said of the failure of the greatest players in football world but france too have the world's best players and they proved it every point of this cup by defeating the underachievers and the world champions..And france are the world cup winning material according to me

In my humble opinion, a number of factors affected Brazil's World Cup campaign. First, some ageing players, like Cafu, were not ready. Second, Brazil's group, and second round game, was against somewhat weak and inexperienced opposition which did not give Brazil the lift they needed going into the quarter-final. Add to that the fact that Brazil played weak friendlies in warming up for the World Cup. Finally, Brazil's opponents, France, struggled to survive the first round, and raised their game a level to beat Spain. Finally, with Zizo potentially playing in his final game everytime he comes on, his teammates will give 1000 % to win. Simply put, Zizo manhandled Brazil.

In my opinion they lost because of their coach he should of made changes faster and not waited till there was almost twenty mins left, he should of made changes after Henry made that goal.... we all know that Brazil has great players... I was stunned they lost, when the team left Germany many Brazilans booed them, which i think even if they did mess up, their country and fans should stick by them because they all know that they are great soccer players and it is unfortunate they didnt win on the other hand when the Argentinian team went back to Argentina they were greeted very good by their fans

it's very disappointing really. but yes, due to the overconfidence of Carlos Alberto Parreira's formation for his team. a very fatal mistake for underestimating France's Defense, also due to Brazil's carelessness when Thierry Henry's goal wasn't marked and cost themselves a defeat. I predicted it correctly from the start of their lineups both for France & Brazil. And I have expected better performance by The Brazilians. Check this out

they just didnt seem to have it against france. france has progessively gotten better throughout the whole tournament, their games against spain and brazil were as good as they can play, zidane has woken up and is unstoppable now. can france keep up their top quality play, we will see against portugal. overall, brazil is probably a more skilled team, but france was the better team that day

i think they got more in the defensive side a little after seeing how zidane would give longball passes and how fast they would counterattack, so they backed up a little and france found the defense sleep in that one play so then they got their goal, and after that brazil felt pressured to do something and they got desperate, plus the solid defense of france made it all count, also it wasnt ronaldihnos day.

There has been a few surprises.
