Why do my nipples itch??

It itches and "prunes" up constantly

is something wrong with it??

sounds like breast cellulitis, better get it checked before it spreads to the rest of your body. If you have a fever, be sure to be seen imediately.

That happens when they are growing; it's normal for them to itch and burn.

your nipples could be irradiated from the soap that you or using or they could be dry.
