the toiletry bag..
in there i would hope was a razor which i could use to cut things. soap to disinfect. tweezers for when i need to pull out thorns. a mirror to make fires and flash signals. lipstick to mark trails. and of course who can live without tooth paste and brush? * well ya can by taking a small stick and fraying the edges and rubbing against your teeth.. wild mint makes a great breath refresher
i am a survivalist, put me anywhere and i would survive..
*great question by the way

I'm with Betty....the toiletry bag would be the best thing to bring. That way you have "tools" to work with, and plus you could look decent when you were rescued. Ha.

Hmmmm.....i'd have to go with: A) Your toiletry bag.
See, i don't have a toiletry bag of my own.....and i have a sneaking suspicion yours might just be filled with lots of interesting and useful things.
(Soooo.....was this a good choice, or will i end up being scarred for life?) (Emotionally *or* physically.....!)

I want the pillow. Maybe it will fall under the towel theory, where if you had enough sense to bring your own pillow, you had enough sense to bring everything. Funny how you lost the rest, though.
Not to mention the fact that I'd go nuts with the book after reading it.

A good book, that way if the place I'm going turns out to be lame, I'll have something to do, and a good book can be read over and over... :)

If I am coming back it would definitely be the sunglasses, because I am diabetic and the sun plays heck on my eyes anymore.
If i am not coming back it would be the pics,no explanation needed.

Well, if I HAD to pick one of yours, I'd take pictures of my family, but if given the choice myself, I'd take a cell phone so I could get my tail rescued.
