At 19, the tall part is probably out of reach, no pun intended. The best way to gain weight is to eat right and start lifting weights. Muscle weighs more than fat, so good luck! (And take heart....Tom Cruise is short, and look at his life!)

Well, being tall is all in genetics, but muscles, that's different. I eat every 2 hours, and workout 5 days a week. When I say eat. That could be yogurt, an apple, or anything like that with 2 or 3 meals. Lots of protean and carbs. No sugars and fats. Shakes will start you off good. Everyone one is different. Read some of those workout mags. Hit the gym. See what works. No pain no gain. and there will be pain....hehe Don't forget to get plenty of rest after workouts, and don't over do it. You can over train and do nothing but tear your muscles up. Good luck to ya
