it's alot of men that is over age on that site and there after girl on the site that are younger and i don't think it is a good idea but i want to sing up for the site !!!!

"over age"?? I didn't know there was a maximum age for myspace... Myspace is not just for kids, there are plenty of decent and law-abiding adults on there too, not all of whom are "out to get you". As with any sampling of the population, there will always be those with harmful intentions. Being online gives them a certain anonymity, and encourages them to be more predatory, in the belief they can't be found.
I suggest that you need to be careful anywhere on the Net, since any forum where young people gather will attract the minority who are there to prey on their inexperience.
Be sure your parents are aware of what you do and who you talk to...
Never give out any personal information online, especially anything that could be used to locate you.... work, school, home, phone, cell, etc....
Don't agree to meet with anyone, accept phone calls or let them send you gifts.
Report anything that bothers you, in any way, to your parents or a responsible adult - one that you know personally, not an online friend.
Oh, and be a little less ready to make sweeping generalisations.
And that's advice from a 56-year-old... very much "over age", I'd say.

don't give out to much information about yourself, where rapists and child molestors can hunt you down, I recommend not filling in the school part, not giving out your last name, and don't wear sexy seductive clothes in pictures on there, be careful who you talk to and what kind of information you tell people you do not know. Just be careful and use common sense and you'll be okay
