How tall is she? If she's 4'5", yeah, tha'ts fat.

well it depends on her height if she is fat or not, but i suggest her to work out and lose the fat and eat a proper diet rather than go for a liposuction. i am 5'7 and i was 190lbs and i have lost over 40lbs in 3months only by eating a proper diet and working out for an hour every day, and now i am in perfect shape and look awesome. so tell her to do the same.

she needs to either look in the mirror and compare herself to someone who she thinks is skinny(and see that she's just as skinny) and uhh...see a counselor er something cuz that's pretty much just crazy.
