where can I get an epson stylus color C64?

I think that is a few years old. I have one I am not using if you want it and can't find one. How would I get it to you? I don't want to have to pay for shipping.

I'd recommend a different manufacturer.
I have an Epson Stylus C60, which is a MAJOR money pit!
I can print about five documents before it runs out of ink.

I would strongly discourage buying a used printer with an integrated print head unless new in box. Try a place like Amazon.com they offer a variety of sources for both new, used and re-manufactured goods.
