TIME PASS - when u cannt sleep.The points tell you probably how much time you wasted and how much u are bored of life.Higher the points more sleepless nights and lonliness u have .................... or u got free hrs in office like me

This is a graduated system of community membership. This is almost like a religion with abstract diversity resulting in topic oriented neighborhoods. Its no longer where you live that defines your neighborhood but what topics you are most interested in.
The scoring system helps define your level of civic participation, and gives links for folks to read your past questions and answers to get to know you.
This is the future and isn't it exciting to contemplate what is still to come.
