I reloaded music from back up but my purchased music and playlists have gone. I am worried if I sync my I-pod I will delete everything? Please could someone advise. txs.

The iPod folder only shows up when the iPod is plugged in. Don't worry, it won't delete anything from the iPod unless you want it to.
Your main music folder still contains everything.
Plug the iPod in and all will be revealed!
