Is there anyway you can tell if your pregnant after 2-3 weeks of having sex?
What are the signs?
I have been having cramps and tend to go to the toilet often, I feel tired and dizzy most of the time.
Please give your best advice.

If you missed you period that's the time to take a P-test, the symptoms you are having now is can also be signs of having your period. If your really serious if you think you are pregnant I suggest do the P-test as soon as possible

I have been pregnant twice and early signs were:
a missed period
frequent trips to the bathroom
extreme fatigue
breast tenderness
Many home pregnancy test now test quite early on in a pregnancy. EPT will test on the first day of a missed period, so this might work for you, depending on when you think you might have gotten pregnant. Good luck!

Sometimes I think that it is all in your head. I have had that happen to me before. There are home test that will detect early. With my first, I woke one morning and could of swore that the room was spinning. I thought I had been out drinking all night! Sure enough I was prego. I was also very tired!!! The frequent toilet problem could indicate a bladder infection, or a baby resting on your bladder. Your other symptoms could be early pregnancy signs or just PMS. Get tested to be sure. Until you know, assume you are and don't drink, smoke, etc.
You didn't ask, but if you don't 100% know your partner was disease free, you should get that checked too.

Inexpensive pregnancy test kits are sensitive enough to provide results as early as 1 week after fertilization.
Clinical evaluation for a woman who might be pregnant will include a review of health history, symptoms, a laboratory test, and pelvic exam.

They sell very cheap but reliable pregnancy test these day. They are only about 6 dollars. It may be too soon to tell because your symptoms could also be symptoms for your period too. Best advice I can give is to do the home pregnacy test. Good luck!

Those don't sound like the signs of pregnancy but wait to see if
you miss your period before jumping to conclusions. But I think
you should see a doctor now because it sounds like you've got a
stomach flu.

I felt that way to and didn't think anything of it until i took a pregnancy test and it came back positive.
