Stardock makes a program called windowblinds, which is part of Object Dessktop. There is a free version, or you can buy the package if you want to make your own themes. There are probably 5000 free themes on their wincustomize.com site and I have never had a virus from any of the ones i've downloaded. Go to stardock.com or wincustomize.com to learn more and/or download the software and themes.

YIKES!!!!
Ok , if you really want t get viruses, trojans and backdoors, looking for free skins/themes/smileys etc is a GREAT way to get them, especially is you useInternet Explorer.
So my answer is, don't even look for them online for free.
If you really want a product like that, go out and buy one.
