Love Bytes - Romance in the time of the Computer
For Better or Verse
A Little Ode to You from Little Ode Me
I Can't Stanza to Be Without You
or more seriously (and more than a little corny...)
Heartstrings
Moonlight and Eternity
Dreamlove
Really though, the title has to come from the content of the poem. If you haven't already written the poem, I guess you could use the title as inspiration. OR is the assignment just to decide what a good title might be? Anyway, I'd get a book of romance poems and see which titles intrigue you most and go from there.

If you have to write the whole poem, just take a small part of it as the title.
If it is analysing the use of titles in romantic poetry, look for patterns in the authors choices.
If you just want a title "Venus Sands" is a title of a song by The Creatures and to me sounds evocative and slightly erotic, and a bit geographical...
