Who are Bo and Luke??

Bo and Luke were just good ole southern boys. That did not want to lose their roots. They may have been outlaws that bootlegged and broke every moving violation in Hazzard County, but I do not believe that their creator meant for them to come off as a couple of clansmen because they had a rebel flag on the "General Lee".

In the tv series. Episode # 53 The general returns. Bo and Luke are loading a box into the back seat of the General Lee and you can catch a glimpse of a KKK hood.

I wondered about that. More than anything I wondered if people from the Andy Griffith show were racist in their time. However, I did see an episode where they had one black person but he was in the background so I guess Mayberry did have a black population after all.

No they didn`t allow that on General Hospital or One Life To Live. I think maybe Robert Scorpio may have been as well as Anna Devane his main squeeze for ahwile, she sure acted like it with her hushed tones whenever blacks or hindus were in her midst.
I hated the way she was always picking her teeth with a matchbook cover weren`t you?

the dukes??...i'm not sure on that one..the flag dosn't help..they were not openly racist..but neither are klansmen..hiding behind the mask...if what pumpkin head says is true then it erases all doubt..
