they have something similar....but they are not the same....RHCP is an original band with a unique sound and unique vocalist....
other bands also have similar sounding on their songs but its due to their originality and style and the vocalist

cas they suck, there are actually very few bands whose songs dont sound the same. thats why i started listening to bands like blind guardian, and ensiferum, some real creativety there.
