Because when i put another one it tells me to insert the correct SIM card what do I do?

it varies by phone, so I would suggest going to your local cell phone service retailor

Most GSM phones require just a simple code [series of numbers and menu options] to have them unlocked. Often enough, the carrier from where you originally purchased the phone will give you the code to unlock your phone. Provided you've been with them a set amount of time [90 days is the usual minimum], all you'll have to do is call your customer support line and just ask. There are also companies online that will provide you with the code as well - there are even eBay auctions that provide unlocking for GSM phones too.

you have to find a unlocker key generator for the type of phone you have and input the codes.
