I was watching The Simpons earlier today, and was wondering the same thing. I've been watching The Simpsons since it was on The Tracy Ullman Show. I think I've watched like 99% of every episode that's ever been aired, and I have absolutely no idea.

It was revealed in a fairly recent episode that his name is Jeff Albertson.
