No, we can't because Iran is a member of the NPT... not without UN support for that reason.

we should put it through the UN first to see how relevant they are and how capable they are of action. If they only pass more toothless resolutions that cause Iran to become a further danger to the world, we will do what is necessary. Most European governments agree with the US that a nuclear Iran is dangerous, and we want facts, and we want results. Iran's response to the UN is expected this week and will determine what happens in world politics for the next few years.

Why do people think dat if iran gets a nuclear bomb we'll have a nuclear war???? i mean cmon iran is half way around the world from us and they kno we have better planes,bombs and better nuclear technology then we do.....its Iran's right as a country to have an atomic bomb to save them self's from us....i mean if us can have an atomic bomb then y cant iran

Iran is not developing nuclear bomb.
on the other hand north korea has nuclear weapons and threatening the US.
Iran has made it clear that they will use uranium for peaceful projects and even if they get the uranium it will take years to develop a nuclear bomb.
we should be talking about north korea not Iran.

Iran has until July 12 to accept the offer to curtail their nuclear activity. If they do not accept it, the UN will apply economic sanctions. We should wait and let the sanctions work.
If they don't, there will be other diplomatic efforts to be made.
War should be the absolutely last possible choice.

The same could be said about the USA. Recently, the US talked about using small nukes to hit Iran's bunkers...why is it ok for the USA to have(much less actually use them) nukes and not Iran?
Are you saying the USA is NOT a terrorist nation? 149,000 Iraqi's killed so far ?
