This is an old song, but very sad, "McArthers Park" it's 7 minutes long. Beautiful but sad.
BTW, "Butterfly Kisses" I would'nt say is sad. It tells the story of a fathers love for his daughter. I know, this is the song my daughter danced with her father on her wedding day.

Check out the wierd Canadian movie, "The Saddest Music in the World."
A sort-of musical set in Winnipeg during the Great Depression, where a beer baroness organizes a contest to find the saddest music in the world. Musicians from around the world descend on the city to try and win first place - a $25,000 prize.

it depends what you think is "sad" but "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter can be sad and "Wake Me Up When September Ends" is supposed to be a sad song and is an emotional video.
