because leak of space in my kitchen, i have to think other solution..

a mic on a fridge poses no technical problems that I can see. If space is leaking in your kitchen, maybe that is the real problem.

No problem except for one. Chances are the circuit breaker or fuse will not handle both when plugged into the same outlet.

Sure you can. They wouldn't cause any kind of harm of any sort. I've done it with a mini-fridge for over 10 years in my office.

Why don't you put it in your oven? Presumably, if you are microwaving, you aren't roasting or baking.
