someone who goes to a "ocean town" during the summer months. It's not a compliment... there annoyances to the residents of ocean towns.

Isn't that a town near the ocean? I don't know what a shoobie is I only know that shoobie usually goes with dooby. As in shooby dooby, shooby....

I think it means that your a Mermaid. I had a Mermaid whisper in my ear something about "shoobie" once long ago.
