My Jumping Form sucks, can someone help me?

just watch how others do it and imulate them. Then do the same form with a weight bar on you shoulders. Start light and work you way up. Jump squats. Go all the way down and explode up in sets of 10 or 12. Make sure you use good squat form though and not too heavy or first or you'll blow something.
