well.. you cannot drastically change the id.
the only thing you can do is create an alias for you
which means that the original id will still remain the same.. however, you can create something of your own that will "direct" or "show path" to your original id.
example: my id is "yahookiller" and i create a alias called as "yahooaliaskiller".

No U cannot change ur ID in yahoo mail because,It is singn up or Registered Earlier ,If u want to change u have to make annother ID on yahoo mail
