The same person that won the popular vote in 2000. Al Gore!

They are the same repubs who were whining about Clinton when he launched Desert Fox saying it was illegal and violated the UN Charter!! At least not one person was killed in Desert Fox!!

Gore, he would have been better in every issue.

terrorism-he would have been able to kill terrorists and still have allies. He would have won Afghanistan, possibly catch Bin Laden and would not have attacked Iraq and we would still have allies and have terrorists a lot weaker.

economy-I think the stock market would be the same, but we would not have that super budget defecit and interest rates would not be going up to infinity percent. So what is better? few thousand dollars in tax cuts saved by average Americans to very high interest rates

health care-More than Bush

world affairs-we would not be hated by everywhere

Civil Liberties-it would not be under attack by Bush

How in the world would Gore have helped the terrorists? Clinton was one tough guy. You all forgotten the Balkan war on how Clinton and Gore whipped evil Serbs while Republicans were whining that air strikes were not enough to defeat Serbia so we should not go in. We Americans have short memroies. Just because Gore does not talk like an arrogant cowboy doesn't mean he is weak. All our good leaders through war were guys who thought first and talked later like Washington, FDR, Lincoln, all these guys were called weak because they tried to show compassion, restraint, intelligence, and no arrogance.

Gore proved what a loser he is and Bush showed himself to be a man of honor, virtue and determination. The leadership void in the democratic party will be a real problem in 2008. unless some new person will step up because the front runners, we have now, are not going to make any election worthwhile. Unlike Clinton Bush took out Saddam not just spank him.

I voted for Bush the first time around and I would do so again given the same choices I had then.

All the way with GWB. But would love to have seen Joe Lieberman as VP. Unfortunately our election system does not allow for such a coalition.
