From what I have heard, she is killing off 2 characters in her last book. I would assume it would be Voldamort and Harry. But we might be surprised. I hear that she doesn't want people to come after she is done with the series and do more books with her characters. So it may be true, but I think we will have to wait for the last book to come out for us to find out for sure.

no one knows yet, and no one will know until the book comes out.
however, the sixth book did say that the only way to resoolve the prophesy is for either Harry to kill Voldemort or Voldemort to kill Harry.
The article that you are thinking of was an interview with the author where she said that she though of killing off Harry so no one could continue the story later.

Jo understands the desire to kill of a main character. She did explain that she understood an author's desire to kill off the main character of a successful series.
"I've never been tempted to kill him (Harry) off before the end of book seven, because I always planned seven books and that's where I want to go. "I can completely understand, however, the mentality of an author who thinks 'Well, I'm going to kill them off because that means there can be no non-author-written sequels ... so it will end with me, and after I'm dead and gone they won't be able to bring back the character'."
Some fans have interpreted this to mean she has killed off Harry. Read her words carefully. She did not even hint she killed him off.

Rumor has it 2 lead characters will die in the final book. No one but the author know who though. I sure hope it isn't Harry.

all anyone knows is that she is killing of 2 ppl. she has stated one might be harry. but there is no sure way to know until the book comes out

We are not sure if she is killing Harry, however I did hear that 2 are going to die.

That would be good, I HATE anything with Harry Potter in it. So boring and so lame and SO yesterday.

Who knows? Just Rowling. There was at one point talk of an 8th book. But she might be bluffing. We'll all just have to wait until the book comes out to know for sure!!!

dude are you serious that sucks! i was over in Europe last summer and saw the preview for the book but it didn't let on that he would die
