Hey man, it's Taco Bell, not a business internship or something. Relax and be comfortable, they'll ask you why you want to work there and what you can offer the place in terms of productivity and service.

Well most jobs ask u stuff like what u do to handle an irrate customer or what's the hardest thing u ever had to do. Just keep in mind that your answers should always be about work. Give an answer that portrays u as productive and responsible. Like for the irrate customer say ," first I would sincerely apologize because people just want u to understand their frustration, and then I would address their problem respectfully and quickly" U know something to that effect. Managers ask quetions like that so they can figure out if you're smart enough not have to be supervised all the time. So I wish u the best cuz working at fast food joints is super stressful and its hard work. But don't be nervous, be on time, have an i.d and social security card, and a pen.Good luck!

Job interviews, like most things we dread doing, generally turn out a lot better than we think they will. A lot of it is mind over matter. As someone else noted here, remind yourself that it's Taco Bell, and that they probably really need staff. They want to hire you, so bear that in mind when you get there.
Just try to be relaxed and respond to the questions as honestly as you can. It won't be rocket science, and they aren't trying to trick you into anything. The questions will be simple things about yourself that you will be able to handle with no difficulty. You'll be fine.

I've worked for taco bell for 3 and a half years, they have this thing called CHAMPS as long as they think you respect and you would do any of those they will want you.. this is what it stands for.. C=Cleanliness (They of course want a clean store) H=Hospitality (Treat customers how you would want to be treated) A=Acuracy (Do your best to make everything perfect) M=Mantinence (Everything needs to work properly, so don't break it) P=Product Quality ( Again food is what they do, make it right, and make it look yummy) S=Satisfaction (The customer is always right) Oh.. and be a suck up.. but not too much of a suck up and they will love you!

strike one...being shy is not good, if they hire you, co-workers will take advantage of you, they will see that you are really trying and use you for their purpose, just smile, use hand gestures, don't sit there with your hands folded and seem nervous, ask questions, the person interviewing you is just another person, not god, oh and don't forget to make eye contact
