Look dude, for one thing if your trying to get a rise out of someone then your off the beaten path. If your just plain ol disrespectfull towards the president and blacks then I think you have a personal problem. Now if you are really asking this question because you wanna know then the answer is simple. No, he is not part black. Never has and never will be. Other than that...please get a life.

Noone in his family is black unless 1 of his daughters married a black person, but if so then he would have only 1 or 2 % black in him.

so what if he is black? authorities can be any color, any race, any ethnicity and it won't underestimate their power to lead us the right road.
and i don't think so. i am not racist but i don't think there is any record that says he is part black.
