I want it to remember my passwords, won't deleting them put me in the same situation?

I had used Firefox for a short time. I don't think it more useful than IE6.
You'd better to check the the setting of your Firefox, when you are using any new software, there are many new features should be learned, so does the Firefox.

This happened to me, I did the same thing and had the same problem. MS came out with a program to fix Internet Explorer, I think it is #7 or something. anyway, download it and then go into the internet program and change the line where it says for main internet browser and put in Explorer. You will find that foxfire will start to run very slow and then if it hasn't freeze up so take it out. MS will work better and then download the upgrade for Outlook and Outlook express. Works great and they have added a better way to get rid of the spam.
I found the site the other day that I added below. Maybe it will help you. It has a list of all the well know spam address'. it could take time but you will find that you can stop a lot of emails you don't want. Also MS has added a program where you can block countries. I hope this helps you. If you need more info. Just ask. Good Luck.

go to "tools" (its at the top of the screen) then go to "options"(it's all the way at the bottom of the drop down menu), then go to "privacy" then to "passwords" and un-check the box that says "remeber passwords"
