How do iI get movies from my computer on to my psp?

You have to convert the video files before your PSP can play them so you need some kind of program. I use PSP Video 9. This is what you need man, check it out. Added bonus, it's free. If you wanna pay though, Sony has an official Media Manager for like $20 you can buy at most stores that sell PSP games and accessories.

Transfer them through your USB cable or whatnot.
