I'd do it, but don't get mad at me if I put your face on the body of a duck or a fish. It's what I do. No make-up, no smiling, no eye contact with the camera and I'd want you to think of kittens with tumors when you're getting your picture taken, so you would have a sad look. When I get the image, I would use authentic medieval techniques and materials to do a silverpoint drawing on a gessoed wooden panel for the underdrawing of an egg tempera painting. This painting would last over 2000 years. Your face would be immortalized, but it would be part of a monster. Nothing personal, but this is what I do. Do not send pictures of your face to me if you are under 18. It just doesn't seem right.
