I'm guessing that you have probably visited the Deere website. I couldn't find any downloadable wiring diagrams, but I found the repair manuals and other information at:

Undoubtedly you alreadly know that the 180 Lawn Tractor ACTOR Service Manual, 292 pages is on sale for about $115 from tractor and mower supply houses (e.g., see link below).
There's also a used manual on Ebay for sale very inexpensively now (auction ends on July 6):
