Does Russia acknowledge a 13th floor in high rises, or just skip the number?

Russian buildings have a 13th floor. Most American buildings built in the last 20 years or so also have one (or so I have seen).

I'm from Russia.
Most of our buildings have 13th floor. We have no fear of this number.
