Men do. I've heard it said that a man will think about a woman every 15 seconds. Being generous, I'd say I think about guys in fleeting thought maybe once an hour. Mostly when I think, "Oh man, I need to do some more yoga so I can look good for the hot Asian guys..."

I think it's guys, because women are more in tune with emotional needs, and they may fantasize about that being fullfilled by another woman or a man. Men are not as likely to seek it from another man. Unless they are gay.

I think they both fantasize, but the ways are different. Men tend to fantasize in a more pure sexual way, and women tend to fantasize in a more emotional/sexual way.

I'd say both. Coz both have active hormones. Those who say that they don't are just pretending so that they won't be judged or labeled.
