Joe should stay as a democratic Ct state Senator and forget the
presidency for the moment. This reminds me of Tobey Moffett
who decided to go for bigger things too soon and lost his election.
Everyone loved Tobey Moffett until he decided to go to bigger things too soon. Joe is a excellent senator but will not win a bigger
office right now.

Senator Joseph Isidore Lieberman is a man of extraordinary morals and integrity. He is an authentic Democrat who has often served as the conscience of his Party. If he is defeated by Lamont in the August 4 primary, it will merely represent the vengeance of the ultra left in the Party who will tolerate no one who is not lockstep with them on the issues. I am hoping the Senator will win the primary, and if not, re-election as an Indpendent. Should he lose his Senate seat for being so principled, he will take his place with other New Englanders, such as John Quincy Adams and Daniel Webster as a "profile in courage". The left loves to rant and rave over "big money" in politics, but turns a blind eye against millionaire's challenge to Senator Joe and the millions of dollars being poured into Connecticut to defeat this good and decent public servant. I am counting on the decency and wisdom of the Connecticut people to serve notice to the Left- Our Senate seat is not for sale to the highest left wing bid."

He is easily the best of the democratic party with more on his table than blaming the Bush administration for everything. The hard left wing lunatics would never support him though. He seems to be a very honest and upright man.

He is working for the republicans. He wants Ned Lamont to lose because if he didn't oppose him Lamont would win. His loyalties go out to Israel. That is why he is for the Iraq war. He thinks Israel is wonderful simply because him and they are jewish. No, I am not an anti-semite. I watch and love the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and Jon Stewart is jewish.

He's a better Republican than he is a Democrat. Maybe he can run for President as a Republican in '08.

Douchebag. Suck up to the Republicans. Doesn't matter what party you belong to, you shouldn't bend in the wind. That doesn't mean strict conformity, either.

He may be misguided but he stands by his guns, which is admirable, even though he takes a lot of flak. For some reason though, I don't trust him
