Heres the thing, people are so obsessed about their weight trying to be perfect when seeing a person perfectly is looking through thier imperfections and flaws and looking at the qualities someone has. It doesn't matter if you have brown or blonde hair or tan or fair skin, or if you weigh 60 or 120 pounds, you are beautiful because you are you. If you can't gain weight be happy with who you are. Thick people should love their curves. Skinny people that can't gain weight, ur so lucky. You are going to be skinny for pretty much teh rest of life and doesn't mean you should eat anything because it's not healthy. But if ur desperate workout and tone yourself and eat healthy food.

Don't worry about your weight right now. I had the same problem as you did, I used to weight 98 lbs up until I was 18! I used to eat everything, pizza, chips, ice cream....nothing made me gain weight. But then my body's metabolism caught up to me, and eventually I gained 20lbs in the next 4 years...but now, I have to watch what I eat cause everything adds on to my weight :( LOL...so all you have to do to gain weight is-- wait it out! you're still young, and growing :)....just be happy with what you are!

hey! i had the same problem, and i solved it by drinking Muscle Milks, its a protein shake, and u will gain around 10-15 pounds in the first month, after that, u will have to drink more to continue to gain weight, but make sure u exercise because if you don't you will get chubby! but trust me this product really does work i promise, and it won't make u muscular unless u lift heavy weights!

goodluck!

My little sister was like that, couldn't gain an ounce, but when she hit about 17 she sprouted and had a georgous figure and still does to this day at 44. If their isn't a health problem that is causing it, then it's just how your body is and you will be glad for it later.

Don't trip, your metabolism will slow down as you get older. Everyone's does. Just take a look at people around you and even though you might feel like a twig now, in ten years you will look like the girls with a healthy amount of weight do now.... and those girls... well they will be struggling to keep off the pounds.

if you smoke, stop. that sometimes has alot to do with it. i had the same problem, but when i turned 21 i started drinking beer. i went up like 3 pant sizes. but whatever you do, make sure your eating healthy food, cause alot of fast food will only give you cellulit when you get older. (trust me i was95 pounds at age 15, now im 28 and150 pnds and alot of cellulite.

Well, i wish i was that skinny but a great way to gain weight (and still look good) is exercise- i know it sounds stupid but muscle weighs more than fat.

Maybe you excercise too much. You could also have a medical problem such as Celiac disease, where your body doesn't absorb the calories that you eat. Go to a doctor and ask to be tested.
