Depends if it is the original movie, a compressed version, etc. So many factors.

I believe you're probably downloading a 700 MB or so movie that has bee compressed and is probably avi/xvid. So if you download at a rate that changes from 40 KB/s to 100 KB/s then maybe 6 hours or less.

For a 700 MB movie, it takes between 7-9 hours in 50 KB/s speed.

depends on your connection speed. your isp. etc.
it could take many hours.
