EVERY DAY! Its a part of life - and especially a problem in the workplace. It is easier for people to belittle you behind your back than to discuss a problem or an issue with you. It's their cowardly way of making themselve's feel superior at times.
Don't worry about what other's say or do behind your back. Their time will come when they need something from you. Then the ball is in your court. We may forgive- but we never forget!

all the time! it's just a thing that happens, it makes you feel down most of the time and maybe beat the cr@p out of all of them! i've learned to just let it go and move on, everyone has more important things to do than worry about the stuff people say about you.. it's not worth the waste!

No, not really. You could have low self-esteem or just be paranoid. But, if they really are, then don't worry about it. People that do that aren't intelligent enough to have normal conversations. They have to have something to talk about. Just ignore them, that will spoil their fun, and they will move on to gossip about someone else.

even if they are , i have the comfort of knowing if they are talking behind my back then someones talking about them behind their back too
