It's possible, but hard to tell over the internet without being there.
A loose belt may cause a whistling sound could also be the alternator.

Sounds like a bearing in the idler pulley. Take off the belt and spin all of the pulleys. You'll find the bad one...it will be pretty obvious when it makes noise when spun by hand. Good luck.

Could be a fan belt or a vacuum leak in the engine can also make a whistling type sound.

May sound like you have a belt pinched a little. If they run against the pulleys the wrong way, you'll have problems.

Sounds like a vacuum leak
Is it carburated,if so some will get a speck of dirt in the jets and they will whistle or a base gasket leak...

omg are you severe !? i became 4 yers old even as i began being a michael jackson fan! and im also 14 now, purely like you!! :D and that i need to allow you to comprehend that yessss! yesss ! he has the cuttest butt ever. have you ever considered the video clips of him with the gold pants ?
