I wish you had more specifically defined "a long time".

I suspect our perspectives vary a bit on this issue.

I've been married almost 20 years you see.

Still...I will give this question a try.

You sound like a young person sooo...

How about music? Could you burn him a CD of songs he likes?

How about food? Now this may sound a bit too Martha...but...can you bake? How about baking him a bunch of chocolate chip cookies. You know that saying...a way to a man's heart is through his stomach"!

How about art? Are you at all good with photoshop? Maybe you could take a photo of yourself and computer morf it into a water color or a cartoon and frame it.

How about a toy? What about those Micro mini race cars? You could get a red and a blue one and race them together.

How about a book. Maybe a travel book of locations you could both dream of visiting some day. You could inscribe it with something like.... Dear Joe, Here's hoping we continue to travel the same path and to the adventures and journeys along the way. Love Me.

Well. I hope that you found something there that will work...or that perhaps it will inspire you to think up your own creative solution.

Good Luck!
