There is no one best answer. Be self-aware and truthful. Are you a good (quick) learner? Are you a team player? Are you creative?

On the other side of the coin, be thinking of how to answer the question: What is your greatest weakness? You could pair it with the first answer: I'm a quick learner, but I like to learn everything about a subject. I'm a team player, but sometimes I get impatient and want to do it all myself. I'm creative, but I don't always know how pratical my ideas are so I need feedback.

think about what your strengths are (i'm sure you have many), but only mention those that best relate to the position you are applying for. in your case, interviewing for marketing assistant, it is probably important that you communicate well with others - people in marketing typically work with a variety of people (both internally and externally)...

...good luck!

That's a question only you can really answer for yourself. The trick is to be honest, not too cocky and boastful, but not to underestimate your capibilities at the same time.
So what do you think you're good at? Do you seem able to talk to people easily? Maybe you have good people skills then. Or are you better at listening to people, and figuring out the solution to their problems? Then maybe you're good at discerning and meeting peoples' needs.
Maybe you should sit down with a close trusted friend, and ask him or her what they think are your strengths and such. Don't go blindly on that, but it's a starting point to consider this stuff from.

Put your arm up and the table and offer to arm wrestle to show your strength.
For real...think about what your strengths are. Is it organization, communication, leadership, taking responsibility, motivating others? Think about what qualifies you for the position and you will have your answer?

Just tell them what you're good at, but don't sound overly confident.

If they ask you what your greatest weakness is then tell them you push yourself too hard.
