100% safe is abstinence.... however if you checked the expriation date, checked for holes in the packaging, and put the condom on correctly, you should be 99.9% safe....
so where/when did he ejaculate? if it was near your vagina you may risk std or pregnancy. always be sure to wash yourself and go to the bathroom before and after sex... this can decrease the chance of bateria and urinary tract infections....

Did he put the condom on before any contact between you? Just because he did not ejaculate does not mean there is not a small loss of fluids. Also beyond the fear of pregnancy genital warts and HIV don't go away. Talk to a trusted adult about these issues or a neighbor hood health clinic.

There is no way to be 100% certain that you will not get pregnant by using a condom. If he did not ejaculate than there is a good chance that you are safe however, keep in mind that pre-ejaculate can contain sperm.

If you are having sex, you should be on birth control as well. Go to planned parenthood!
But you also need to use a condom to protect against STD's. Condoms are not 100% effective, nothing is. Except not having sex!Better safe than sorry.

you should not have sex in the first place, then you wouldn't have to answer this question. in my opinion yes you are safe from pregnancy. you might have caught a sexually transmitted disease.
the only way to make sure that you don't get an S.T.D. or pregnant is not to engage in sexual intercourse. be abstained.

I'd say you probably are 99% safe. Have to leave room for unexpected errors that may have happened.
