Your body mass index, or BMI, appears to be 24.6. This means that you are within the normal range for your age. Importantly, you are close to meeting the BMI’s standards for overweight, but because you are an athlete, it is probably muscle, not fat. If you are concerned, speak with your doctor and ask him if it’s fat or muscle or skin. I’d say an ideal weight for someone like you would be in between 130 and 135.
By all means, you are very healthy because you are active and are within the normal weight range.

However remember due to changes occurring in the teenage body it is generally acceptable that the teen weigh above this. This is meant to be an adjustment tool for the ADULT body. You can find several tools for Ideal body weight in any search engine. The American standard is on a swing upward to accept a higher IBW per the Peoples Choice Ideal Weight. Which takes into account. Age, weight, sex and body frame. There are several different ways to measure and come up with ones Ideal Body weight. Personally I would say for a growing teen as long as you are active keep growing you are doing great.

there is no yes or no answer. what is your muscle mass? what type of build do yu have? it sounds like you have a healthy lifestyle as both of the sports that you play take a lot of endurance and an overweight person would not be able to keep up if they were overweight. you are within a reasonable range of where you should be. there is a chart somewhere that is called body mass index. you are on the high end but like i said they also take muscle mass into consideration. muscle weighs more than fat. i sued to work out a lot. always on the go. i am 5 3 1/2 and could never get down below 135 no matter how well i ate. dont get caught up in numbers.

Well if you play soccer and lacrosse you have probably built up muscle which weighs more than fat does. I think 139 is perfectly normal for you.
