If it won't go away with over the counter facial wash, see your doctor, or a dermatologist.

Try Proactive(guys use it too, it's O.K.). It worked for my cousin, and me. If your skin still gets oily, try using Dawn Direct Foam dish soap at night before bed. Rub in a circular motion all over face with a washcloth. Then apply a spot treatment to pimples, and apply an oil-free lotion. Even if you don't think you need the lotion, use it anyway; you may be breaking out due to a lack of nutrients and minerals in your face. The DDF will really dry out your face. The reason it works is because it is a natural degreaser. It's cheap, and doesn't smell girly! I also quit drinking caffiene, and my acne went away.

If these don't work, definitely consult a dermatologist, and they can get your face fixed.

Depending on where you live, it could be the hot weather. You also have to think about what your eating and if your drinking soda too, which has tons of sugar in it. If so, switch to diet coke, etc... I recommend drinking a lot of water because it's not only good for you but it cleans out the toxins in your body.

You can try PRO-ACTIVE, I hear it works really well. Plus, all these stars are promoting this product because they aren't perfect too. And if that isn't working for you and your parents have health insurance, you can try a dermatologist.

One other thing, I read somewhere that you can try toothpaste and put it on the area before you go to bed at night besides using it for your teeth.

I've been there. Your Dr. will try to put you on medication, its just not safe. You should drink plenty of water. Stay away from sodas, refined sugars, and lots of animal fats (saturated fats). Eat at least your 5 servings of vegetables, and 3-5 of fruit per day. You may at least want to take a vitamin B complex supplement, and vitamin C complex supplement. There is nothing wrong with taking supplements, many people will say otherwise. You cannot get your required nutrients from 5 servings a day.
Keep yourself clean, but dont use harsh scrubs on your face, be gentle. Scrubbing the acne will not help.

Good luck, and be healthy. Eating this way will prevent more than acne.

The best and simple way is first prevention because it is better than cure. Make sure you always wash your face with soap and water, avoid colored soap coz it contains a lot of chemicals that might harm your skin, make sure your hands are clean when touching your face, drink a lot of water and avoid fatty foods. If pimples appear already, the best treatment is to apply an acnegel like BENZOYL PEROXIDE. I also wash my face everyday with cetaphil.... it won't harm your skin coz it's not a soap... the best!!!

Call a local Dermatologist. But if you want a quick fix. Then go to your local mall or online and purchase Proactiv. I swear this stuff works. The only problem with this product is once you start and it clears up, you have to still use it or your acne will slowly show up again. Hopefully that answered your question. = )

Try the Proactiv system, follow the instructions EXACTLY!
If that doesn't work, go to the dermatologist.
I just would try to avoid Accutane if at all possible, way too expensive, and bad side effects.
Good luck, hope you can get your acne under control.

You still young better don't use any medicine for your face. Just eat much of vegetables and fish and drink plenty of water. that's all good for your skin.
Don't always touch your pimples or touch your face. It will become worst later.
And wash your face everynight when you want to sleep.

Soap, water, and cut way down on the junkfood and stimulants like caffene.
If it's realy bad, go see a dermatologist.
