Can you File bankcruptcy on a Judgement?

not if it is attached to you home as a lien already there is no way to file bk on that then only to refi or sell you home then pay them what you owe.

ch 7 bankruptcy clears all jugdements except for child support and I think back taxes owed.

Yes, it just costs a little more because there is more involved.
