yes you can overclock it...

i personally use nVtweak for my own video card. works great. oc'd from 375mhz to 475mhz on the core and 1200mhz to 1400mhz on the memory.

however, when you oc...do it in small increments and test it in between each increment w/ an intensive 3d game or a benchmark app such as 3dmark03.

you should check on the sites about overclocking, there are a lot of variables and cooling solutions

You cant! Period! Anytime you increase the clock speed of a chip it will overheat!
