A woman can get pregnant from the precum, the man doesn't have to totally ejaculate for her to become pregnant. And just because your *** doesn't stay inside her doesn't mean that the sperm aren't left inside. Even if she was pregnant once and miscarried doesn't mean she can't get pregnant again. Most doctors recommend a woman to wait for one month to have a regular period before trying to get pregnant again. Go see a doctor. It may be she had an inflammation after the miscarriage. Or an STD. Or she has another problem. Chronic pelvic disease can be really bad.

And why not marry her if you want kids? Wouldn't that be best for the child, so you will be there for the child no matter what?

perhaps the dr should examine her to see if there wasn't any falliopian tube or uterine damage to make her miscarry to begin with, the fact she miscarried says something is not right or perhaps she was to young.. . or .. perhaps the timing u do it is off the fertile cycle.
