There is nothing that you could eat to produce more sperm.

First of all, what makes you think you have a low sperm count? Did you have it checked by a doctor? If not, do that first before you decide that you know what the problem is.

If you *did* have a low sperm count, first of all, test it again at least a week later, then one more a week after that. The doctor or lab may have made an error, or you may have just been having a bad day for sperm.

If it's still low, then one thing that *might* help is to eliminate bad habits like drinking, smoking, and drugs (even legal ones may interfere with sperm count--talk to your doctor), etc. Heat is also the enemy of sperm. If you wear tight underwear or pants, try looser-fitting clothing. Take *warm* rather than hot baths or showers. Try not to spend a lot of time in a very hot environment.

There's not much you can eat, besides a good nutritious diet.

But there is a vitamin you could be taking. ZINC. It helps with the production of sperm.
