I think this is a serious threat to the peace and prosperity of Kashmir, a breakaway state in India that is predominantly Muslim. I worry they will pit India against Pakistan while allowing them to build up their stockpile of nuclear weapons. The independence movement will be threatened. This is an area of the world sensitive to outside interference. They have a history of slaughter after WWII. Iran was traditionally an ally of India but is mostly Muslim and sympathetic to Pakistan. They are an avowed enemy of Israel. I think the U.S. is trying to escalate a dangerous situation on the brink of outright guerilla war. They want to push Iran into defending Kashmir against India but they would have to go up against India to do so and also watch Pakistan decimate a traditional ally. What do you think? The U.S. has always interfered with Iran through the C.I.A. and their influence on government institutions and the business dealings of the Shah before 1979.

I'd like to know your source on this because I really can't see the people of India and Pakistan allying together for any reason. There isn't enough direct threat from Iran to force these two countries together. India and Pakistan have been fighting each other for several millenia. English partition did nothing to help the situation, but the underlying cause is the same. But i digress.

I don't think that an alliance is at all realistic until these two countries can settle their problems. They haven't been able to move past the 'Let's send each other our national football teams' stage since their independence from G.B.

Whenever I hear the phrase "world peace" i just have to roll my eyes. Many people consider world peace as "the absense of war". And many people are wrong. In Iran when there was no war, still hundreds of thousands of people were killed and buried in mass graves. In N. Korea there is no (active) war going on, and millions of people are being systematically starved and put into consentration camps. In Darfur, hundreds of thousands of africans are being ethnically cleansed. In Indonesia, 30 million chinese were killed when Islam took it by force, (again, war was not declared).

You idiot, with your short sighted thinking! Peace is not the absense of war. Millions of people will still die without such a declaration. It doesnt matter if India and Pakistan become allies, the tension in Iraq would still be there no matter what they do. Iran is the one instigating the instability, not India or Pakistan. Quit trying to shift the blame, it is what it is.

Pakistan and america are heavily aligned on concerns of anti-terrorism, between different issues. the yank government acknowledges it as a important non-NATO best chum. Russia has a diplomatic functionality interior the international community merely approximately to a fault; they does not sign in for a %. if it ability human beings might circulate to conflict. China is merely too busy benefiting from united states of america's financial shortcomings to help this way of circulate. the different governments you have indexed (alongside with Cuba, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Equador, and Belarus) in fact have already got a de facto anti-Western alliance. If any of them are attacked by ability of the U.S. or its allies, different countries with a vendetta against united states of america will come to their defence.

India and Pakistan have their own foreign policies. Iran is friendly both to India and Pakistan. America has its own agenda in middle east. You cannot compel a country like Iran to change their views by coercive means.

Naw, cause Israel is going to take that plant in Iran out in about 2 weeks if my guess is correct.
If you were Israel would you let a country like Iran screw around with an Atomic bomb that they promised that they would bomb Israel with ???
