I don't think I've ever heard of a team moving between conferences twice, but the Seattle Seahawks moved from the AFC to the NFC a little while ago...

Seattle Seahawks. To give both Tampa Bay and Seattle fans a chance to see both conference's teams and to sell the NFL game in those markets they flip-flopped conferences in years one and two.
Sea in NFC West and TB in AFC West in '76.
Sea in AFC West and TB in NFC Central from '77.
And I forgot when Sea flipped to NFC but just recently when divisions went to four per conference.
Anyway, this is easy enough to look up on the Web so what's the deal?
